Join us for an unmissable afternoon with Martin Parr, one of the world's most iconic and idiosyncratic photographers, as he launches his long-awaited autobiography, Utterly Lazy and Inattentive: Martin Parr in Words and Pictures.

Hosted by Helen Mort, Martin will take us on a vivid journey, reflecting on his extraordinary career of capturing the glorious absurdities of everday life. Sharing the stories behind his most iconic images - from early snapshots to the bold, colour-saturated photos of the British seaside that made his name, this is a unique opportunity to hear directly from the man who has spent fifty years noticing what the rest of us overlook.

Martin Parr is one of the world's most famous and successful photographers. He has published over 130 photobooks and exhibited all over the world. His co-writer Wendy Jones is the author of the bestselling Grayson Perry, Portrait of the Artist as a Young Girl.
